Order Modifications

Orders that have been placed cannot be changed or edited.

Phone Number Requirement

A valid phone number for the country of the recipient is required to ship the order.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO addresses, warehouses, and logistics centres that forward parcels.

Packing and Dispatch Times

During busy periods, please allow a few days for packing. Dispatch times may be affected during high-demand drops, restocks, or promotions.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their shipping address and contact information are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient shipping and contact information.

Shipping Delays

Delays at shipping facilities that are out of our control may occur. We apologise if your order is affected and appreciate your patience while our courier works to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries.

We will not refund or cancel delayed orders that have been shipped. Orders shipped right before, after, or during the holidays can be delayed due to non-working days at postal facilities and high volumes of parcels. We apologize if your order is affected and appreciate your patience.

Parcel Release Authorization

Authorizing the release of a parcel is made at the customer's own risk and expense.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

We are not responsible for any charges and undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses, insufficient addresses, no mailbox, moving addresses, or receiver or address not being accessible or unattended. We are not responsible for any theft of goods or damage due to an incorrect shipping address, release of a parcel, or unattended address. We will not offer replacements or refunds for stolen or damaged goods that have been delivered. We will not offer replacements or refunds for undelivered, unclaimed, and returned parcels.
