HMGRL® is not responsible for any charges and undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses, insufficient addresses, no mailbox, moving addresses, or receiver or address not being accessible or unattended. HMGRL® is not responsible for any theft of goods or damage due to an incorrect shipping address or unattended address. HMGRL® will not offer replacements or refunds for stolen or damaged goods during delivery. HMGRL® will not offer replacements or refunds for undelivered and returned parcels.
It is up to the customer to contact HMGRL® if they have received a faulty item. The customer must contact HMGRL® before the item has been worn or washed. HMGRL® will not refund or replace faulty items that have been worn or washed.
Please make sure your name and shipping address are correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect names or addresses. Do not use any Instagram/artist/other names. The receiver's name needs to match their ID/legal name and the name on the address. Some parcels will be hand-delivered with signature and ID; the shipping address name needs to match the ID, or the parcel will be sent back at your own cost. Some parcels will be delivered to your address mailbox or a pick-up point. So please make sure your address has a mailbox as you will receive your parcel here or be notified where to pick up your parcel.
Orders shipped right before, after, and during the holidays may be delayed due to non-working days at the postal office and high volumes of packages at the postal terminals and customs control.
Delay of parcels may occur. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries. We will not refund or cancel delayed orders that have been shipped.
Please be aware that if you choose to waive the signature requirement and authorise the release of your shipment when you are not present, HMGRL® is no longer responsible for any stolen or lost packages in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Some countries may be missing tracking information for customers. Don't worry, your parcel is on its way, and this does not affect the delivery. If you are not able to track your parcel, we can track shipments in our shipping system if further tracking details are needed. Just email us at contact@hmgrl.co.uk and we will update you about the tracking if needed.
If you are unable to physically accept the parcel during any of the scheduled delivery times, utilize FedEx Delivery Manager Pick Up Service or DHL On Demand Delivery. Request redirection of your package to one of the numerous retail pickup locations. Once redirected, collect your parcel by presenting proper identification at the designated pickup point.
